Professor Stephen Reicher, who sits on the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviours , was speaking after Boris Johnson defended Dominic Cummings, his chief aide, who reportedly travelled to the north of England on multiple occasions despite the nationwide coronavirus lockdown.
