When it comes to customer satisfaction in South Africa, only one industry ranks lower than cellular network providers - medical schemes.

It is difficult to see how Cell C will escape its current troubles without clearly understanding and appealing to a more niche portion of the market,” said Prinsloo.

MTNza is extremely expensive with data and airtime doesn’t disappears regardless of whether your connected or not. Vodacom their call centre agents are often rude and don’t properly listen to someone’s problem. Of lately their network sucks
