Great incentive......strangely the $40k subsidy could increase the price of houses 10% meaning they could rise 70K in no time at all......may be better only have the subsidy for twelve months, then back to normal, like a blood transfusion.

The pink batt cowboys didn’t use pink batts, they used aluminium foil sheeting. And after charging a fortune, sometimes stapled it to a live cable.

Cowboys let loose in the name of 'less red tape' will kill more apprentices than pinkbatts or corona ever did. No coincidence the four deaths occurred in less regulated states.
