Blackout Tuesday - Celebs and music industry rally for day-long silence over George Floyd's death

CELEBRITIES and the entertainment world have united to back the “Blackout Tuesday” campaign after George Floyd's death in Minneapolis last week.

And now some of the biggest stars in the world are making a stand, too, in support of "Blackout Tuesday". MTV said it will go silent for eight minutes - the length of time a white police officer knelt on Mr Floyd's neck.
