Here's a look inside the seven-story home, which comes with an elevator and sweeping views of the East River.29 Beekman Place, which has been embroiled in controversy for years, is finally in contract for $11.5 million. That's just one fifth of the $49.9 million asking price it hit the market with in 2014.Broker Charlie Attias of Compass shares the listing with Rosewood Realty's Greg Corbin, Jennifer Gould Keil reported for the New York Post.
