Louth woman launches online fitness enterprise from her garage in Australia

And if keeping Aussies on their toes during lockdown wasn’t enough, Maeve Kavanagh has also launched a range of healthy recipe e-books.Now Maeve and her Pretty Princess Fitness enterprise has been blown away by the number of clients who’ve signed up.

“All of my work is online, so while business for online coaches thrived, personal trainers who worked in gyms really suffered, I think that’s going to be a dying business going forward as people have now seen the value in having someone online vs face to face. As Ireland and the world braces itself for a second wave of the virus, Maeve insists anyone can revolutionise their fitness and nutrition levels at home.
