It’s not just cab drivers, it’s anyone trying to run a business, work or needs to drive across London due to medical condition, age or disability. This man is a moron.
Give someone a lightning bolt, and he will use it with glee. We feel your power. Why would anyone need to commute to London anymore - model has been crushed and flattened. Mr Mayor still thinks cyclists and drivers can't co-exist on drastically reduced traffic volume. Annoying.

I don’t mind this at all, the world needs to start becoming more active and reducing the gas emissions from cars anyways , especially until we can all afford electric
