Voting by mail is the safest, easiest way to vote. Why are so many national Republicans lying about it? (by paulconstant)

, Civic Ventures President Zach Silk and political strategist Cristina Uribe dig into vote-by-mail.

If you want to protect your vote in November, you need to reach out to your lawmakers right now to stress how crucial vote-by-mail is.Last weekend, we passed a milestone moment in the 2020 election cycle: We are now less than 100 days away from Tuesday, November 3 — Election Day. In normal years, this would be the time when the general public really starts tuning in to the messages both parties are running with, familiarizing themselves with the candidates, and deciding who gets their vote.

Two things we do know for sure as we head into the home stretch of this never-ending presidential campaign season: first, people need to vote on Election Day; and second, coronavirus won't disappear between now and then. Just as an economy is stronger when more people participate in it, a democracy is stronger when more people's voices are heard.

paulconstant Easy to commit fraud with. That’s why democrats are lying about it. Just like you lie about voter id being unfair to minorities. Everyone with a pulse has an ID. You just don’t want people to prove they are eligible.

paulconstant Because due to the pandemic, the post office is having major problems delivering the mail on time which would cause result delays and many ballots never counted at all. Also it would be so easy for a USPS employee to conveniently misplace a bag from a heavily Dem or Rep district.

paulconstant Because Trump is going to lose, bigly.

paulconstant What’s so safe about it? It can easily be susceptible to fraud.

paulconstant Mail Carrier in West Virginia Pleads Guilty to Attempted Election Fraud. VoteByMail

paulconstant No leaving work to vote. No standing in long lines in rain, snow or hot weather. No social distancing worries. No worries of touching surfaces. Vote in comfort of your own home. Ability to study ballot in depth. Ability to vote days in advance of Election Day. No mask required.

paulconstant Because it easily enables fraudulent voting. Duh.

paulconstant Voting by mail and electronically sounds like a good option in this Covid19 environment. Also, this can help pump some volume through the post office.

paulconstant Voting by mail is the easiest, fastest safest, way for mail fraud and corrupt elections to take place maybe that's why?

paulconstant Voter suppression... they hate voters voting.
