YouTube talent managers help their internet-famous clients in scaling their various online ventures. In an exclusive Business Insider webinar, YouTube creators Katy Bellotte and Ruby Asabor spoke about their digital businesses and shared tips on how an influencer can determine if signing with a talent manager is right for them.

They shared tips on how an influencer can determine if signing with a talent manager is right for them. Bellotte launched her YouTube channel almost 10 years ago and she signed with a YouTube talent manager about 2 years in. "All of this is facilitated through my management," she said. "I would not be able to handle the workload of this on my own."
