Designers Malcolm Kluk and Christiaan Gabriel du Toit have expanded their portfolio to include bricks and mortar

Two stylish pads perched above the Atlantic Seaboard, with price tags of R22.5m and R17.5m respectively, have firmly positioned couture kings Malcolm Kluk and Christiaan Gabriel du Toit in the world of luxury property development.

The duo, whose designs have hugged the curves of Beyoncé, Shakira and Naomi Campbell, have expanded their creative portfolio to property and commissioned UK-based Montague Real Estate to seal the lucrative double deal.
