Jeff Bezos is the first person in history to be worth more than $200 billion. Here's how the world's richest man makes and spends his fortune.

"I'm committing $10 billion to start and will begin issuing grants this summer," Bezos wrote on Instagram. "Earth is the one thing we all have in common — let's protect it, together."⁣⁣⁣Bezos also spends plenty of cash in his personal life. He threw a star-studded birthday bash for girlfriend Lauren Sanchez in December.

Jeff Bezos, founder and CEO of Amazon, is the richest person alive — and the first in modern history to accumulate a fortune over $200 billion.Of course, he's since bounced back in a major way. Even as the coronavirus pandemic upended the American economy in March, Bezos has continued to get wealthier. Now, he's richer than he's ever been — and at a wealth milestone no one else has ever reached.

wrote in March. "I want you to know that Amazon will continue to do its part, and we won't stop looking for new opportunities to help."But Amazon's continuous growth has drawn increasing scrutiny from lawmakers, culminating in a historic antitrust hearing in front of the House House Antitrust Subcommittee on July 29, where Bezos testified alongside Apple CEO Tim Cook, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai.

In prepared testimony released on his blog the day before, Bezos argued that Amazon's size benefits consumers, sellers, and the US economy, and that it still faces competition from Walmart, Instacart, and Shopify.Do you have a personal experience with the coronavirus you'd like to share? Ever heard of gengiz khan or mansa musa of mali?

What about the rothchilds, rockerfellers etc?

End of times, greed and Trump have won.

How about global despots? You know at whom I’m pointing ☝️

There rich and then there’s “Jesus I’m kind of glad I don’t have that much money” rich. Bezos is the latter for me.

and still his workers get shit pay.

Ok Jeff, you win capitalism, time to donate some now, it’s just too much for one guy

I purchased 3 T-shirts from Delivery is better than amazon. Why buy from amazon when there are factory websites Jeff Bezos is going back to $20 billion

Mansa Musa called, he thinks you need to do better at maths. I mean, technically correct as his wealth wasn't in dollars but come ooon!

My home is not for Amazon or Germans. Should pay for my IP.

If Caesar was worth $210 Billion and Mansa still as rich the headline would have read Jeff was the second person My people my note well our history will always remain something they want kept a secret how dare you know your ancestors greatness while they propagate their greatness

Yo he shou give it to poor black people and for hospital medicine

So y’all said Fuck Mansa Musa

Still pales in comparison to what this man had. Real ones know who he is.

Let's Say He Is The First White Man in History..the only person to be worth more than Him..was a Black Man named Mansa Musa..FactsNotHogwash

Carnegie, Vanderbilt, Rockefeller - did any of them pay for divorce settlement?

nobody comes close to rockerfeller in this century...trust was created for that man

Here's how the world's richest man makes and spends his fortune. Are you going to share data on all his tech?

So Mansa Musa tw3 ong

Wat about Rockefeller I thought he was worth 400 billion during his time

I'm pretty sure there's at least one other man with that amount of wealth but the news media are probably not allowed to write about it.

Rockefeller

He's not the first person in history. Musa of mali was the richest worth 400billions U.S dollars

There’s a few people in the past who passed this amount when you adjust for inflation. Ford, Rockefeller, Vanderbilt, etc

Meanwhile ..

That smug face.

Jeff bezos isnt the first to be more than that. Check again. Congrats to him.

Perhaps they can stop stealing SMB ideas now

Eat the rich

On hair transplants? Does anyone read your shite? Nah.

With that wealth won’t need to be concerned about how to pay off a mortgage. Instead probably never be able to spend that amount money.

Only $200 Billion? This man should be a Trillionaire by now.

***According to your Archives.

This is just embarrassing. How does he sleep at night? Comfy, I’m sure.
