Ramaphosa says list shows state's commitment to transparency

President Cyril Ramaphosa's spokesperson, Khusela Diko, became the face of the alleged Covid-19 corruption after Royal Bhaca, a company owned by her husband,The scandal led to Diko and health MECRamaphosa said publishing the list of all Covid-19-related government expenditure was a demonstration of the government’s commitment to transparency.

In a statement on Wednesday, acting presidency spokesperson Tyrone Seale said a full list of companiesthat had been awarded contracts by the government was published by the office of the chief procurement officer.As criticism over the way the government handled Covid-19 procurement intensified.
