"We are so accustomed to approaching college as a right of passage and thinking of it as an experiential element, as opposed to something you're investing in time and getting something in return," said Sung Rhee, CEO and founder of college ranking service. "And the outcome is not in line with what the market will bear in terms of students graduating."
