A victory for President Donald Trump this November means he would unequivocally solidify his control over the Republican party.

Two crossed lines that form an 'X'. It indicates a way to close an interaction, or dismiss a notification.

The approaching battle for control of the RNC mirrors other fights inside the GOP which could explode into public view if Trump loses. , told Insider this week. "For those who support Trump, the question will be: 'How do we complete what we already started?'" But Trump's withering poll numbers, continuing gaffes and scandals have driven some in the party to begin pondering a change in GOP leadership after November.

"That is where the fight will be, it could be a bloodbath," the RNC member said. "It would not be unusual for that vacuum of power — if we don't hold the White House — to create the fight in and among factions for control of the Republican base." An RNC spokesman declined to comment on its future leadership plans, saying instead that the committee was focused solely on helping Trump win re-election in November.

Veteran conservative activists and establishment Republicans who've maintained a tenuous relationship with Trump and his team over the last four years are eyeing a return to power.

He’s obviously going to win. He’s running against Joe Biden who is an extremely flawed candidate. And Biden hasn’t even really been campaigning, he’s barely been seen for the last 6 months

Is got that already, every Republican not in line leaves for him, if he wins, we would love to see what American would look like post-trump, but never has elections in the US feels like a war between different nations

Who wrote this tweet? They should be fired for its blatant falsity. Trump has complete control over the GOP already. What an awful take.

After all we have seen in public about Trump presidency till now, if he gets another term, we can kiss America good bye

Correction, he would unequivocally solidify his control over the United States of America.

Great news, great President The US citizens and the history, needs you. Good luck.

God willing 🇺🇸
