Chick-fil-A rarely launches new menu items. Each item undergoes an intensive development process that can last between 18 and 24 months. Chick-fil-A is rolling out three new menu items: a Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Mocha Cream Cold Brew, and a new blend of Thrive Farmers Hot Coffee.
