Last month, she released her first book "Bee Fearless: Dream Like a Kid," in which she outlines how she built her business and offers advice to budding entrepreneurs. In addition to those tips, Ulmer shared her secrets to success with Business Insider. Ulmer launched her business with a lemonade stand in her front yard before she was five years old.
