A deal between TikTok and US-based Oracle will need Beijing's approval, the app's owner ByteDance said

The deal, put forward to the US government on Monday, would see TikTok's headquarters move to the US, with Oracle as a "trusted technology provider."

This proves that president Trump was right, byte dance works with Beijing, to share user information, amongst others.

They will sell with a secret unknown to the US backdoor... Just ban the app and make a better one in the US..
