She should be RETIRED at age 70. There must be FIRM limits for retirement age of any federal court judge. At age 87... nobody has MENTAL ability to make any intelligent court decisions. Not the Ruth Bader Ginsburg but her inexperienced juvenile assistants were making the laws...
