The Recording Industry Assn. of America’s 2019 report showed U.S. labels enjoying a fourth straight year of double-digit growth, with a 13% gain lifting the industry’s retail value to $11.1 billion, the best showing since 2006 when the business was in the midst of a 15-year decline.
