Following speculation the government will bring forward income tax cuts, Finance Minister Mathias Cormann has pointed out the Liberals have a “track record” of looking for opportunities to lower the tax burden on hard working

MathiasCormann Hey Murdoch... where is all the debt and deficit disaster stories? It's clear you and your IPA / Coalition have been BULLSHITTING SINCE THE GFC. “And just like that, debt and deficit no longer really mattered.”

MathiasCormann I remind everyone Cormann is leaving the Government in October. This is a smart guy, he knows the years of struggle which lie ahead for Australia. He has given great service and helped save Australia from Turnbull, but it seems he won’t be here to save us from Morrison.

MathiasCormann Only for their rich mates not for the little fokes out in the work fores

MathiasCormann what will you do about our incompetent work shy alcoholic Kiwi? he really is a dual citizen and in parliament illegally

MathiasCormann That’s a JOKE Right 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪😂😂😂😂😂

MathiasCormann Yet 56% goes to high income earners and 4% to the people that actually need relief.

MathiasCormann Except these tax cuts do almost nothing for 'hard working families' and serve mostly to put money in the pockets of the rich and well off.

MathiasCormann Who paid him to say that? Who paid you to write it? Donors are owners, after all.

MathiasCormann Just a reminder that the 'hard-working families' he means are those like the Murdochs and Rineharts...

MathiasCormann A trillion $ debt...is that not a 'debt and deficit disaster'? Obviously not when its the Morrison Government and JoshFrydenberg auspol

MathiasCormann Lowering tax for Scumo's donors more like it. If they wanted to lower taxes they could raised the tax free threshold to something more realistic like $30,000 or more instead of leaving the threshold below the disability and age pensions.

MathiasCormann More bull💩 gaslighting from the conservatives and Sky News. LNP have no regard for working people. See wages. See super. See favoring the wealthy. Etc

MathiasCormann Australia please please stop believing this spin. When Govt ‘spends’ money, promise to spend money, they are RAISING taxes. It’s simple maths because they DONT have any money. You ARE NOT getting a tax cut, the complete opposite in fact. Anytime Mathias I am happy to debate

MathiasCormann Yeah, in the middle of the greatest recession in living memory. Just what the nation needs. Rich people paying less tax that they can afford... LiberalsAreTerribleEconomicManagers

MathiasCormann Isn't he leaving..wish he'd hurry up

MathiasCormann What a load of crap.

MathiasCormann Gina Rinehart is a 'hardworking family'?
