That will just result in less transmission of Covid 19 & more pneumonia.
Increasing cold airflow inside a train sounds like a monumentally stupid idea to stop an airbourne virus that likes cold surfaces.
People could then get flu which the Government could pretend is Covid-19 ...clever.

Most trains don’t have windows that open?!?!
I doubt many commute on the Caledonian Sleeper as illustrated. In common with the majority of trains it doesn't have opening windows anyway.
