Fine Gael’s Patrick O’Donovan, Emer Higgins and Michael Creed raised customer complaints at a recent parliamentary party meeting. This has really upset me. A constituent in his 70s has written seeking my help in getting his @eir service reconnected. He and his wife are alone - their children live overseas and they have been trying to get their service back for the past 6 weeks. pic.twitter.com/E57XdvsiWBTDs across all parties acknowledge that it is a huge political issue at constituency level.Speaking about Eir, he said he has “been hearing a lot about poor customer service from constituents. So the Minister for Communications is Eamon Ryan but its all about Leo....does this man's ego and self entitlement know no bounds, please just go

A person who has no concept of a large scale telecommunication infrastructure. “Now you need to make things better” Ok Leo, whatever you say ;)

Did he have to wait for 4 hrs to speak to someone only to be told he was at the wrong office and get offered to be transferred only to be taken outside and the door be locked?

They’re just gonna let the customer service people swear at customers now to cut down on call time.

Eir is a company that follow the standards of the government, leo cant say nothing about their ongoing problems...

Eir had already decided to improve their customer care following re Ord complaints. Now that the process started, Leo decides to have a chat so he can take credit. This has nothing to do with Leo and where was he for the last decade.

`Eir` should be rebranded `Ind`after the home country of its owners. See how appealing this is?

Don’t throw stones in glass houses

And pigs will fly

Is it not sarcastic that telecommunications company have communication problems eir 👏👏🤯

My God I don’t know why we don’t put Leo in charge of solving every problem we have if all that is required is a word from Leo
