Potential buyers are expressing interest in turning the two-storey bunker into a hotel or to store wine and cheese. The bunker was originally built as a radar station in 1941 and was later redeveloped as a regional government base in 1950. The base was on standby until the 1990s ready to accommodate 250 government workers in case of a nuclear attack.
