Business Improvement Districts have come to resemble unaccountable private governments, reports walletcheck ⤵️

While Clean & Safe stopped funding the court in 2020, the organization’s 2020-2021 agreement with the city establishes that, “Administrative support shall be provided to the Downtown District Attorney to assist with community prosecution services benefiting citizens and residents within the District.
