Stocks bounced back Thursday to end sharply higher, taking back a chunk of the losses suffered in the previous session. Rate-sensitive tech and growth stocks led the early rebound for equities as Treasury yields pulled back, but more cyclically sensitive sectors moved into the lead, with financials and industrials, both up 1.9%, the top gainers among S&P 500 sectors.
