Thanks realDonaldTrump
Guess I’m not reading your article ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯
Thank Fat Orange Hitler for that! 😐
Oh, phooey. Will have to take advantage of after Christmas sales.
Companies casing in on a false sense of economic growth will take huge hits when this bubble pops soon. Start saving now everyone
Thanks Donnie
There never was a period without inflation for the poor. Checkout food and housing prices
Yet wages aren’t keeping up with the rising price of goods so....
Good! By the look of how obese some people are, they can either pay more, not pay and lose weight, or get fatter. Prob solved. If they have a mind of their own they’ll realize they eat too damn much anyway. Stop paying that $.
All shit that ppl can do without. Fuck fast food and handbags, tell me what the price of milk and eggs and gas are looking like for the near future if you expect anyone with half of a brain to give a shit... Till then, FUCK OFF MY TIMELINE, lol...
Duh!
Expansionary fiscal policy tends to do that.
STEEEEEEEVE MADDDDDDDEN ! As said by JonahHill
cherilyntx Grocery inflation has been obvious for years. Getting worse of late, though. Nobody has reported on it.
Unemployment is historically low, yes...but so are wages. Most working people, in this country, still can’t even afford to pay their bills, let alone pay extra for things
For those you not in the food service industry cost have been rising for yrs yet the consumer hasn’t seen this. The bigger impact here is that wages in these markets are increasing due to a shrinking labor force. Good or bad you can’t find good people for cheap anymore.
Sounds like a staycation for 2019.
We have had plenty of inflation, just not in the things they measure. Like energy and food. Which are the only things that matter.
Umm. These inflated prices have been around since the Obama years. Sorry you just happened to notice now 🙄
But aren’t they also paying 20% less taxes on their profits? How bad could rising costs really be hurting them at the end of the day?
So much for that improved economy under trump 🐸 ☕️
maybe rich folks had not noticed it, but I surely did, I remember the prices of everything I buy around november for the holidays, and I can tell you, even in Walmart the cookies that were $2.50 las year, are $2.88 this year
Trump tariffs! Idiot
Could that be bc people are demanding higher minimum wages? Stop buying the higher priced product and prices will come back down.
Oh, how I long for the days when we subsidized junk food by allowing franchisers to pay starvation wages while the government made up the difference through welfare and benefits! I miss my 99 cent Crypto-Socialist Whopper of Tears!
As wages rise, goods and services will go up as well. Some times employees wages won’t go up if business in the individual store goes down.
Thanks realDonaldTrump
Of course those items are up: it’s called the minimum wage is $12-15/ hr in my state. Where do u think those jobs are? Restaurants.
Wages down; prices up. How do ppl live?
You could add 15 years to your life if you gave up these foods. Thank You Inflation!
Tariffs are good for the US, ok, right🤥
Wages better start rising!!!!
Working exactly as MAGA SenToomey planned in his TaxScam bill. Mega-profitable corporations get to pass on higher costs to consumers to keep them protected and donating to the GOP , yet consumers can’t pass them on to anyone.
As my salary has not kept up with inflation, my impulse purchases are controlled. Having my homeowners insurance go up 14%, likewise healthcare premiums, (corporate socialism) has made most people aware that their money is gone before its earned.
Odds of further Fed tightening increasing. Costs of borrowing will rise too.
Why wouldn't they think this? Their rich friends all got huge tax cuts. Unfortunately the rest of us did not
Thank you, Trump. Happy Trumpsters?
They will find this is wrong.
They bet wrong.
