Traders in Oyingbo Market Complex in Lagos on Wednesday protested the closure of their shops.
The traders, who protested under the aegis of Oyingbo Market Traders, displayed placards with different inscriptions like “Folashade Tinubu Ojo, Ahmed Tinubu’s daughter, leave Oyingbo Market alone. Mainland Local Government, hear our cry”, “Folashade Ojo Tinubu, we have children and we have house rent to settle. We refuse to be miscreants”, “Bola Ahmed, please save us, save us from your daughter” and “Please, Folashade, release us from your enslavement.
According to the traders, the complex was closed last week on the instruction of the President of the Association of Commodity Market Women and Men of Nigeria, Folashade Tinubu-Ojo. over an alleged display of wares in an untidy environment.All rights reserved.
