San Antonio Board of RealtorsA grand Terrell Hills mansion billed as “an unprecedented creation” has hit the market for $3.9 million.
The 8,320-square-foot mansion is being touted for its imported details from Asia, India and Europe. Think of a facade comparable to the one at Mission San José or dome towers and high ceilings similar to the churches in Italy. “There is simply nothing else like it,” wrote listing agent Jason Glast, with Phyllis Browning Co., on the San Antonio Board of Realtors’ website.
Outside is “extremely private” and features intricate landscaping and hardscaping with multiple themed gardens that “perfectly compliment this triumph of form and function.”
