The company is discussing plans to launch an IPO in the future, though it doesn’t have an exact timeline, Zimperium chief executive Shridhar Mittal said. “We’re very fortunate to be headquartered in Dallas with the wealth of talent available to us locally and in the surrounding cities,” Mittal said. Liberty’s investments are aimed at late-stage tech and media startups. It invested in Cybereason in July and Contrast Security in November. The firm also has invested in a company generating satellite images of Earth.
