I don’t think rising interest rates are going to have much of an impact.

It’s very few who are struggling to get into the market because of interest rates. I sold a penthouse a few months ago, and everybody who came to see it was probably 30 years old and it’s an $8.5 million place. Vancouver is so bizarrely unique.Article content The market was super hot, and now I think people are taking a breather. It’s slowing down to a normal rate instead of slowing down to a panic situation.
