TODAY spoke with Asian Americans across New York City as well as workplace experts to discuss what companies can do to address employees' concerns.

And we can work around what that is and what that looks like.” TODAY spoke with several work experts who all emphasized one key point: Listen to your employees to understand their needs and how to meet them.

“I think making sure as we identify the problems with coming back to work that we’re allowing for a diverse set of experiences,” she said. “Employers who recognize and prioritize psychological safety alongside physical safety in their post-pandemic operations can help employees’ mental health and their own efforts to cultivate inclusive workplaces,” the report states.
