Discount carrier Flair Airlines is allowed to keep its licence after the Canadian Transportation Agency concluded on Wednesday the company "is Canadian."

The CTA said on Wednesday that Flair "addressed the concerns raised in its preliminary determination." According to Flair's CEO, the company is incorporated in B.C. and 58 per cent of voting shares are owned by Canadians. In the spring, Stephen Jones said Flair's unanimous shareholders agreement did not show Canadian control "explicitly enough."

They charged me twice 'by mistake' $98 and no reimbursing yet...Waiting for an answer since April 9/2022. Oh and no phone number to talk to a representative. Nice eh?

Please closed this airline, it's really awful. Starting with no coffee no water in 4 hours flight from Ottawa to Calgary (and no reclined seats either, should I tell you about phone charges and tv?) This is the only airlines in the world that charges for carry on ($37).

Will never fly Flair again; absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced 😕

I did not know there is a flair airline. Ed 💕
