That ranked just outside the top 10, as Alabama tied for 12th in the nation for the percent of moves that were inbound.
According to North American Moving Services, more people moved in 2021 than in 2020, thanks in part due to the availability of remote work jobs. People flocked from densely populated areas states like New York, New Jersey, Illinois and California into more rural areas like the South and states like Montana, Idaho and Wyoming.

Well I'm guessing that's the proud boys, patriot front & all those trash people moving in because normal, intelligent, decent people do not want to live here. I mean sure there are a few exceptions, but not many.
