In response to an incident of an improperly awarded contract, the OCJ is now reveiwing its entire supply chain management processes.The Office of the Chief Justice has initiated a process to review all its Supply Chain Management processes in order to strengthen internal controls.
In response to this, the OCJ is going further by conducting a review of active contracts by the Department of Justice for any impropriety, particularly within the Information Communications Technology space.
They are buying time to figure on how they are going to untangle themselves out of this quagmire... It will take them over 3 month?! How I wish for integrity like the former CJ Mogoeng to coneback and SAVE that office the new incumbent!!!
