Businesses across the U.S. increasingly want to be near bus and train lines, as they struggle to attract top talent in a tight labor market, a new study finds.

Early in the 1900s most cities had light rail or trolleys. After the advent of the auto these rail lines were removed. Now the idiots are trying to rebuild them since most cities weren't planned well for public transportation. Japan has some good ideas on that. So did Walt Disney
