KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 17 ― It’s permanent lights out for popular stand-up comic venue, Crackhouse Comedy Club in Taman Tun Dr Ismail.Berita HarianThe Malay daily cited Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Jalauddin Alias as saying the decision to cancel the club’s business licence was made with immediate effect on July 30, after the Kuala Lumpur City Hall Licensing Committee met a day earlier.

“We also decided to blacklist this club owner from registering any business licence in Kuala Lumpur forever. “This means the club owner can never register any business activity in Kuala Lumpur even under different names,” Jalauddin was quoted telling reporters here this morning.
