The firm established its logistics trust fund in 2017 to invest in assets across the United States, including North Texas.The Woodmont Company has raised $1.45 million from 25 investors in equity a commercial real estate fund titled “Woodmont Flower Mound Wash LLC,”The Fort Worth-based real estate firm offers brokerage, development and management service.
