Rosemary McKnight, is an award-winning florist and runs Flowers by Knight in Dún Laoghaire. She has more than 30 years experience as a florist and has taught the subject in addition to working in hotels and shops.

A number of my family members were involved in the horticulture industry, from garden centres to landscape gardeners, so it was a familiar area to me. Despite that, I had never really thought about becoming a florist.
