joined the New York-based commercial real estate finance company from Lightstone Capital Group, where he most recently served as managing director. At Lightstone, Wright led origination efforts across the central and southeastern U.S. His previous experience also includes opening the Dallas office of ACORE Capital and nearly two decades at GE Capital Real Estate/Heller Financial.

The addition of this great new talent will be beneficial for both Greystone and our growing joint venture with Cushman & Wakefield,” said Vince Mejia, Greystone's senior vice president of Agency Production, in a prepared statement.
Wright, a native Texan and graduate of Southern Methodist University, will report to Mejia in the new role. Cushman & Wakefield acquired a 40% stake in Greystone's Agency, FHA and Servicing businesses last year with a $500 million strategic investment. The joint venture is expected to further build out an advisory services and capital solutions platforms to serve existing, joint and new clients of both firms in the multifamily space.
