The acquisitions make Ryan the largest property tax software provider in North America.

, announced today that it has acquired two product lines from Toronto-based Thomson Reuters — OneSource Property Tax and OneSource Transfer Pricing, according to a news release. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to the release, the acquisitions will help expand Ryan’s property tax and transfer pricing offerings and bring many notable corporations to Ryan’s roster of clients. It also makes Ryan the largest property tax software provider in North America. Thomson Reuters’ OneSource Property Tax software helps users manage property taxes on assets, and its transfer pricing products allow users to address complex transfer pricing compliance requirements and optimize transfer pricing data collection and reporting.

“This acquisition supports Ryan’s efforts to further develop and deploy comprehensive software solutions as part of our core property tax and transfer pricing offerings,”, chairman and CEO of Ryan, said in the release. “The advent of these two product lines puts Ryan in an even stronger position to provide our clients with an integrated suite of global tax services that combines best-in-class software and services capabilities.
