The production, based on Matt de la Peña's prize-winning children's book, comes in time for Hispanic Heritage Month.

ASL Performance: October 22, 2022 at 1:30pmAudio Described Performance: October 2 at 3:30pm Loaves & Fishes is a large soup kitchen in downtown Houston where 300-350 of Houston's chronically hungry gather six days a week for nutritious, hot, home-cooked lunches cooked by our staff and served by volunteers. There is no cost and no requirement. When patrons come to the show, Main Street hopes they will consider bringing items for its Loaves & Fishes food drive.

Productions such as"Last Stop on Market Street" are an important part of Main Street Theater's mission. “What people often don’t realize is that Main Street Theater was the first theater for youth adult professional actors that perform for children," St. John continues."It is a completely professional organization committed to productions for younger audiences, and we have a lot of schools and families who attend our productions.”
