The study showed travelers less satisfied with Dallas Love Field and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport but both remained ranked among the best in the country.

By DBJ staffMichigan-based J.D. Power has released its 2022 North America Airport Satisfaction Study, which showed travelers are less satisfied with Love Field and Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.

J.D. Power broke down its overall customer satisfaction data among three groups: mega airports, large airports and medium airports. In 2022, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport ranked 8th out of 20 for mega-sized airports, scoring 778 on a 1,000-point scale. In 2021, DFW ranked 7th out of 20, scoring 805 on a 1,000-point scale.

Overall satisfaction in the U.S. was down 25 points to 777 on a 1,000-point scale as travelers saw fewer flights, more crowded terminals and fewer dining options.
