Developer eyes Plano business park start

Industrial developer Prologis is building a new Plano business park on Bush Turnpike called Prologis Atlantic Station.Industrial developer Prologis is planning an early 2023 start for the first two buildings in a new Plano business park.

Parts of the campus on West Plano Parkway were demolished beginning in 2018, and a Prologis affiliate purchased the more than 64-acre site at the end of 2021.Construction is now set to begin in February on what the developer is calling Prologis Atlantic Station, according to planning documents filed with the state.
