💲🏘️ How did Duval County's housing market do in June? The median price for a house in 2022 was higher than 2021, with 39 homes selling over $1 million.

Clay County's median sales price for a single-family home was $370,000, up 29.1% from a year earlier. Prices have been rising for 23 consecutive months on a year-over-year basis. June's median sale price represents an all-time record in a database that covers 90 consecutive months. Some 335 houses were sold in June, down 10.7% from a year earlier.

In June, 48 properties sold for at least $1 million, consisting of 39 single-family homes and nine condominiums or townhomes. Florida's median single-family home sales price was $417,791 in June, up 21.4% from a year earlier. The state reported 26,687 single-family homes sold, down 22% from a year earlier.
