After reading this long detail report. Everyone knew the USA multi National investors control the legislation and the rigged law. The small pot growers will never make it. The only one going to make money are the trail lawyers. I see another John Grisham novel in the future.

Uhmm! Smells like another welfare scandal involving State officials! Why would they invest millions ahead of state approval if the weren’t tipped off? And why were they just given a slap on the hand for not following very detailed regulations? More corruption in the Sip!
