U.S. stocks finished lower on Monday as all three major indexes fell for the fourth straight session and the Nasdaq Composite saw its lowest close in more than two years. The S&P 500 SPX, -0.75% closed 27.27 points, or 0.8%, lower at 3,612.39.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, -0.32% finished 93.91 points, or 0.3%, lower at 29,202.88. The Nasdaq Composite COMP, -1.04% closed 110.30 points, or 1%, lower at 10,542.10, its lowest closing level since July 28, 2020, according to Dow Jones Market Data.
