Farmers Branch-based Linesight Development has sold 19.5 acres in Grayson County to be developed into a multifamily project, the company announced today. The project will be a development within the Hickory Hill mixed-used master-planned community in Sherman.with Land Advisors Organization Dallas-Fort Worth represented Linesight in the sale. The buyer was not disclosed, but is a Texas-based multifamily developer, according to a news release.
“The entire team at Linesight has incredible attention to detail when it comes to the quality of their communities and are going to be providing much-needed housing inventory to a rapidly growing Sherman market,” Watson said in the release. “The buyer won a competitive marketing process for the site and will be a great addition to the Hickory Hill development and the city of Sherman.”
The development is in proximity to Texas Instruments and GlobiTech. “We selected Land Advisors Organization for the sale of our multifamily parcel as we trusted they would bring a reputable buyer through their well-connected and industry-respected brokerage,”, partner with Linesight, said in the release.
