Peoria mayoral candidate Bridget Binsbacher faces a campaign finance complaint questioning whether she accepted too much money from one donor and other inaccuracies, but at least some of the errors appear to have been the city's fault.
Binsbacher rejected the accusations and said the campaign finance report posted on Peoria's website was not the same report she submitted to the city, noting that contributor names and their donations were mismatched.Binsbacher had emailed her report in two PDFs and Dyckman said an error occurred when she combined the documents using Adobe software.
