Twitter is getting sued as it gears up for mass layoffs, with lawsuit saying company didn't give employees enough notice of job cuts: Bloomberg

The lawsuit will fail. The law stipulates that as long as you pay 60 day severance, there is no case. Musk has also been saying for weeks he was going to do a mass layoff once he took over.
