Open enrollment is coming. These are the benefits remote workers want.

Overall, MetLife found workers who understood their open enrollment options and benefits were more loyal, boosting retention. About 61% of remote workers say their benefits are a significant part of what keeps them with their current company. Data shows more employers are opting to conduct their open enrollment online, and with mobile devices, according to a survey by Assurex global. Out of 233 employers, 75% said they would do open enrollment online, an increase from 59% last year., executive vice president in the employee benefits practice at Assurex Global said many employees remain confused about benefit offerings and the enrollment process itself. Many also don't spend an appropriate time reviewing their options.

found inflation driven an 8.1% overall increase in health care costs over the last year. Employers expect to cover about 82% of the cost of employee coverage, up from 80% the year before.
